May the pulsating Light of all that is Good - 
indwell and illuminate me;
May the vibrating Love of all that is Good -
enfold and enthuse me;
May the resonating Power of all that is Good -
protect and guide me;
May the ever-aware Presence of all that is Good -
watch over me and deliver me.
For
All is well.
And all shall be well
And all manner of thing shall be well.

A Mediation for the Deliverance of Lost and Wayward Souls

(You will need to Centre yourself
through the stilling of your mind by letting go of any thoughtful distraction)

My thoughts are now directed to those of you in this place -
those who resonate here in spirit -
who for various reasons may be feeling restless and unsettled –
restless because you may feel lost or confused –
restless because you may feel a lack of direction at the moment -
restless because you may feel isolated from those you love
and cherish in your current state.

Do not despair –
I recognise your situation and I assure you
that you have the choice to continue your journey into the higher,
and more purified, realms of existence.

You need to accept that you have ‘died’ to your former physical self
and earthly habits
and that you now exist as pure energy in spirit form.

You may need to name - and accept responsibility -
for those physical limitations that may be holding you back -
and give yourself permission to move on –
thus releasing yourself from the restrictions
and limitations of your past life

NOW -

become aware of what is around you –
and visualise an immediate change in your current surroundings.

You are noticing your frequency and resonance
beginning to increase and you begin to feel lighter and more vibrant.

In the distance -
faint -
but growing stronger -
you notice an approaching Light that grows stronger and brighter –
moment by moment.

Feel yourself being drawn towards its brightness, its warmth and its comfort.

Loved Ones and Spiritual Guides
and Helpers are waiting within this radiant light –
waiting to welcome you with open arms in loving acceptance.

They will take you to a very special place of acceptance and peace and focus.

Do not fear.
Only love and peace await you.
