Limited Ad Space Haunted Australia only allows a certain number of client / sponsors on our site. This means your ad is not buried beneath hundreds of other sponsors in a rotation zone, but is shown frequently within its zone on a page. Each advertising position on our site has a limited number of sponsors permitted. Currently, Haunted Australia only allows ten (10) sponsors per zone / position. There are 7 zones per page and only ten sponsors per allowed per zone. Thus, we only permit a total of 70 sponsors / ads for the entire site. Your ad will, at least, appear once in every 7 page views. With thousands of visitors per week, your ad will be shown on viewed pages hundreds of times. Front Page Top Text Banner – 4 level text ad located on the front page below Top Banner beside the Recently Added list (within the same box as Recently Added). This text ad zone is in a high visibility region but only shows on the front page. Because the ad only shows once the amount of sponsors permitted in this zone rotation are 5 sponsors max. Maximum Sponsors Permitted in this Zone: 5 COST: $400 per year
Right Column Ad 121x167 – This zone is the first ad zone within the Ad Column located to the extreme right of the web site with second highest visibility of all ad zones (Top Banner Zone being highest). This zone is also the largest ad space within the Ad Column providing more room for your ad statement and sales pitch. The Ad Column appears on nearly every page (excluding pop-ups / new window). Thus all ads within the Ad Column will be visible per its rotation privilege. Maximum Sponsors Permitted in this Zone: 10 COST $500 per year
Right Column Ad 121x121 – This zone is the second ad zone within the Ad Column located to the extreme right of the web site with third highest visibility of all ad zones. This zone is the second largest ad space within the Ad Column providing a nice area for your ad statement and sales pitch. The Ad Column appears on nearly every page (excluding pop-ups / new window). Thus all ads within the Ad Column will be visible per its rotation privilege. Maximum Sponsors Permitted in this Zone: 10 COST: $600 per year
Right Column Ad 121x80 – There are three 121x80 zones in a row for this banner size. This zone is the third largest ad zone in the Ad Column and perfect for quick, to-the-point statements to draw visitors to your products. These zones can be either image or text (3-4 line max). The Ad Column appears on nearly every page (excluding pop-ups / new window). Thus all ads within the Ad Column will be visible per its rotation privilege. Maximum Sponsors Permitted in this Zone: 10 COST: $400 per year
Right Column TEXT Ad (3-4 line max) – There are six ad zones for the Text Ad zone within the Ad Column and located from approximately the middle of the Ad Column downwards. These zones can be TEXT ONLY (3-4 line max). The Ad Column appears on nearly every page (excluding pop-ups / new window). Thus all ads within the Ad Column will be visible per its rotation privilege. Text Ads in this zone are naturally less visible that the above zones but are normally visible to visitors due to the average length of an article or story extending the page beyond the height of the Ad Column. These zones are perfect for an additional ‘last word’ for an advertiser who has also invested in a higher visibility banner near the top. These zones are also a good choice for advertisers wanting to test their product ad before investing in a higher visibility zone. Maximum Sponsors Permitted in this Zone: 5 COST: $250 per year
Ad Designs and Campaign Regulations: You may submit your own ad design for placement into your selected zone. Your ad image size MUST MATCH EXACTLY the dimensions of the zone space you have selected. No animated banners are permitted within the Ad Column in order to eliminate reader distraction (this policy may change in the future). Absolutely no ads mentioning or leading to porn, illegal or questionable products or racism will be permitted No ads which mislead the public will be permitted. General Terms of Usage Haunted Australia reserves the right to terminate any Sponsor / Advertiser account on any legitimate reason we feel is in violation. All legitimate funds will be issued during the next payout period and offending Sponsor / Advertiser's will be given an email notice within 24 hours of cancellation for the reason of their account termination. 1. When applying to the Haunted Australia Ads, you agree that all content on your site and originating from your site when your banner ad is clicked directly reflects the ad statement you have placed with us. Any misleading content on your site which does not reflect the true statement and campaign appearing on your ad will be cause for immediate termination of your account. 2. Sponsor / Advertiser agrees that through this relationship, you do not hold Haunted Australia responsible for any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, arising from any and all claims and lawsuits, or any other means of your Website, website content or Website's associated practices nor products you promote and sell as a result of your ad on Haunted Australia. 3. Sponsor / Advertiser agrees to settle any dispute under this contract restraining arbitration in the courts of the State of Western Australia, in the Country of Australia. 4. If any condition stated in this contract/agreement can not be held valid in any court of law. Then the remaining provisions shall still remain in full enforcement. 5. This agreement may change at anytime and will be renewed whenever it becomes necessary. Any changes made to this agreement may or may not require that you be notified. 6. If any Sponsor / Advertiser commits fraud on through Haunted Australia Ad Space or violates any of it's conditions/terms, then legal action may take place to recover any damages done to the Haunted Australia and or Symmetry Media. 7. Sponsor / Advertiser agrees not to alter or modify the code for Banner placement without the proper permission from the Haunted Australia or Symmetry Media once the ad has been placed. Sponsor / Advertiser may, at anytime, request an update or change to their ad banner for the purpose of testing the market. Sponsor / Advertiser also agrees not to tamper with any ads - audio, banner or text from the Haunted Australia servers, the ads must be rotated "Exclusively" through the Haunted Australia for proper issuing of credit. 8. Sponsor / Advertiser agrees to comply with, subject to termination of their Haunted Australia Sponsor / Advertiser account and forfeit of all monies earned, these associated Ad Placement Rules 9. We take no responsibility for technical problems beyond our control, such as server downtime or network/Internet trouble. If due to technical failure the banners and or On-air ads cannot be run, we reserve the right not to pay out during this timeWe retain the right to delete the accounts of, and refuse payments to any users found to be violating the above rules. Other than those personally provided and or sold by you - ALL On-air ads provided by Haunted Australia / Symmetry Media must also originate from Haunted Australia / Symmetry Media servers via placement through the software and or technologies we provide. • Any alteration of the script code in an attempt to artificially inflate earnings is strictly not allowed. The size of the images and link URLs must not be changed in any way nor shall the time length or placement order/method of Haunted Australia / Symmetry Media placed On-air promo/ads. • You may not deceive or pressure people to click on the banners on your web site.
