I talk to the animals
Dolpins, cats, dogs, wombats…..whenever Lynn’s anywhere near, they’ve just got to have their say! One day I was outside petting my neighbour’s cat when I heard: Ï want to go inside your house”. Who on earth said that? I thought. It seemed to be coming from the cat! I was sure that was impossible, but I responded anyway. “sorry, you can’t come inside my husband Ashley is allergic to cat’s” I said. I then felt negative vibes and the cat turned it’s back on me. How peculiar I thought. Ummm… the neighbor’s cat spoke to me today,” I told Ashley. Despite being a level headed chartered accountant, he wasn’t fazed. “You should talk back” he suggested. “But it’s so….weird” I replied. As a clairvoyant, I was used to receiving information from spirit guides, but getting messages from animals was something else altogether. Soon after we went up to Cairns, Queensland, and there were some dolphins in the water. I immediately started hearing words and seeing pictures in my head. “The water environment is very important – we need to preserve it” one dolphin said. Am I going crazy? I thought but the more I communicated with the dolphins the more they responded. “Maybe you should try other animals” Ashley said So we began visiting zoos and wildlife parks and I spoke to every species I met about their thoughts and feelings. Every day we dig holes, but they keep filling them in.”a wombat told me wearily. I spoke to their keeper, who confirmed what I had heard the wombat say. Ïd like my food warm, no frozen”a crocodile complained at a reptile park. “We do give him frozen meals” the keeper said. When I checked back a while later she told me the croc seemed happier since they’d defrosted the food. Another time, a lion even asked in a threatening voice if I could find any small boys for it to eat! Öf course not” I replied but I knew it was just his natural instinct speaking. Over the next few years, I encouraged clients to bring their pets along when they came for their own readings. “Your dog hides when you have certain visitors. Do they smoke?” I asked one client” “Yes, - and your right, my dog does hide when they visit” she replied amazed. Three years later, an article went into a magazine about my animal communicating and I was inundated with calls I had trouble fitting them all in. “I’m not allowed outside, but I like to go exploring”one cat told me. “The only way I can get my owners attention is by weeing on her bed” “Maybe we can come to a compromise” I said and suggested taking the cat for walks on a lead. A few weeks later, the owner rang. “The weeing’s stopped since I started taking her for walks”! She said “It’s brilliant” I also learnt to merge with the animal I wanted to talk to so I could feel if they were in pain. “Take your dog to the vet, he’s in serious pain,” I said to a friend of mine. It turned out her dog had cancer. He was treated for it and survived. My friend was very grateful. One client, Jenny, had a cat called Swizzie who would disappear every day. Jenny wanted to know where he went so I asked him. I learn he was visiting local shops, and was getting treats from all of them – no wonder he was getting so plump! At first I only did local visits, but then I stared doing photo readings for owners father afield. I found. I found I could get a strong feeling, as long as the pet was looking at the camera, without any red eye. Today, it’s been 13 years since the cat next door started talking to me and I have communicated with many different animals. Lots of pet owners have also asked me how they can speak to their pets. I encourage them to quiet their mind and tune in to their pet’s thoughts. I also run Íntroduction to Animal Communication course where people can learn how to listen to their pets. However, the most talkative of all is my own pet – a bichon fries called Matisse. He never stops telling me what food he wants, which toys he likes and wehre he wants to sleep and I must admit that I do spoil him rotten. True story as told to Joanne Atkinson – That’s Life Magazine March 1st 2006 To contact Lynn, email or phone 0414 999 849 So What do animals say to Lynn? DOGS They give out a very loving energy, and are devoted to their owners and engage with them emotionally most want to be as obedient as they can. CATS They are very confident and clear on what they want one cat told me that she didn’t want any babies in the house. It turned out her owne’rs friend had just had a baby and the cat thought it was moving in! DOLPHINS They tell me to preserve the marine environment, and share ideas on how humans can use and enejoy the resources of the sea in the future. ELEPHANTS When I spoke to some elephants in a zoo they told me that the straw they were being fed was too short for them to be able to pick up easily to eat. I discovered that the keepers did this on purpose to make the elephants “work”for their food. But the elephants obviously weren’t impressed. SPIDERS I come across a lot of huntsmen spiders out in the bush and their first reaction is always “Don’t kill me!”I tell them if they stay where they are and leave me to get on with my business everything will be fine, and it usually is. If I find a spider in a house, I persuade them to get inside a container so I c an take it outside and let them go. Spiders are usually surprised I’ve released them, but say thank you before scuttling off.
