Perth Art Center EVP Recording – January 26, 2006
Medium: Audra Keeble
Scene: Jail cell beneath Perth Art Centre; room size of medium bedroom; four masonry block walls; one entry door; Audra is sitting in meditation position on floor near wall opposite of entry door;
Atmosphere: Quiet to the observer (although much noise on recording); Audra alone  in the jail cell; four participants were in another part of the level talking quietly while Audra meditated;  No yelling nor loud voices; Two guards roamed the building but stayed clear of the jail cell and Audra until meditation was ended; the street is located several levels above the cell and occasionally the engine of a vehicle can be heard accelerating from the stop light (sounds like a deep groan);
* Voices can be heard in the recording that cannot be accounted for by guards or participants. Odd sounds cannot be accounted for. At one point toward the end of the meditation one can hear what sounds like foot steps ‘shuffling’ towards the recorder. At this point Audra broke the meditation in excitement of an unseen energy around her and went to locate Lia in order to have her photograph the room. After her meditation was broken the intrusive background noise, which is apparent through out her meditation, dropped to normal levels. The recorder remained undisturbed and running on the Jarra wood floor for about 13 minutes while Audra and the participants walked about the building talking and photographing.

*Events explainable and unexplainable are shown beside Time Mark at which they occurred.
** While the room was audibly quiet to the observer the recorder picked up a high amount of ‘noise’ only during Audra’s meditation. After the meditation the noise levels returned to normal. The unusually high noise is effect on the recording during the meditation is unexplainable. Also unexplainable is the noise reduction to normal levels after Audra finishes her meditation and leaves the room. Audra ends her meditation and leaves to locate Lia in order to photograph the room as Audra felt a very strong presence in there during the meditation session.

Also, ignoring there seems to be human chatter amid the higher frequencies as if listening to a distant, congested CB Radio band.

04:38.333	Sounds – Clicks, thumps, then a shuffling sound begins as if someone is walking towards the recorder by sliding their feet on the floor. The sound gets closer (louder) then abruptly stops. A moment later (at Time Mark 04:56.151) Audra breaks her meditation and quickly rises and walks out of the jail cell room to locate Lia to take a photo. Audra had sensed a strong presence at that time which prompted her to break the meditation in hope of getting a photograph that may show and entity.
Note:	There are many sounds in this audio which cannot be accounted for such as the high static noise which is only present during Audra's meditation and drops to normal levels after she leaves the room to locate Lia (the photographer). There also seem to be a lot of chattering of human voices amid the higher frequencies which are difficult to isolate. Neither Audra nor the participants were aware of any audible sounds to cause these anomlies. Audra was alone in the cell room and the other four participants were down the hall a distance away from Audra. There were gaurds on the premisis who were asked to stay away from the cell while Audra meditated, which they did. The recorder was situated on the Jarra wood floor an arm's length in front of Audra. The wood could act as a conduit for sounds coming from the street above or eslewhere in the building, but many EVP's on this audio seem to be saying words or making statements directly related to Audra, the jail cell or court room proceedings. The jail cell and court room at the Perth Art Centre is worthy of further investigation with additional professional equipment.
